Drum roll please....
and ta daaaaaaa!! Here they be, my beautiful pretties!
Yes, those are profiteroles. That I made. From scratch! It only took two terrible batches to find the winner, and let me tell you... victory is sweet. Made even sweeter by Bailey's chantilly and hot fudge sauce.
Davi had been bugging me about these for weeks, and when I finally did make an edible batch, I discovered they were the first homemade profiteroles he'd ever had, the poor lad! Well, here's to making up for lost time, and nearly making ourselves sick on sugar stuffed with more sugar finished with some sugar poured over it.
