So this is it. 365 photos/youtubes/videos. Fin.
I can't say there's any feeling of fanfare or accomplishment... more of relief, I suppose.
I'm not sure what I expected to gain from this project, to be honest. I never quite got the hang of it. And by the end it was more... forced than anything. It wasn't as much a labour of love as much as it was just laboured. I did, however, finish it. There's no way I could live with myself with this hanging over my head.
But I did often find myself loving it. Most of the time I did love writing and sharing and thinking out loud. Maybe that's enough.
I leave you with a few of the things I love. Farewell.
So, I had a look at the number of posts I had so far, and I'm not sure I know how to count, because I'm at 363 right (woo hoo!!) so I'm going to give you a whole whack of photos, but they're mostly bonus photos. Plus they're of people I love, which makes them extra special.
I am the luckiest girl.

Nathan Phillips Square on a weekday afternoon. What a perfect day. I was surprised by how busy the square was for the time of week, but the more the merrier, it seemed. This proceeded a trip to St. Lawrence Market and The Davsters' first ever peameal sambo. Like I said. Perfect day.
Plus, the Davsters didn't even fall even once... and more amazingly, neither did I :)
Ah, Fantasy of Lights. What a perfect way to freeze your tootsies off on a chilly December evening.
I remember the first year for the Fantasy... fifteen modest little displays and a -30 degree walking tour of the park. The loveliest agony I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. And now here we are -- five years later, 50+ displays and the best cause you could think of (it's for the children, people!)
Supermac's. The Wendy's of Ireland.
Sigh... I want to like it. I do. I love the idea of Supermac's. I love Galway after a night out in the Supermac's. I love sitting in the Supermac's on O'Connell Street and getting carried out by security guards for a having a water fight.
... but I think I'm more in love with the idea of Supermac's than the greasy, salty, stodgy reality. Well, unless I have a few gin and tonics in me ;)

Ah, my favourite family tradition.
Every year we get a puzzle for Christmas and it's not allowed to go away until it's finished. I got home five days after Christmas, and it was already finished (sad face). So I just made everyone dismantle it and put it back together again.
I'll tell you, the only thing more thrilling than putting together a puzzle is putting it together twice in one week. We're crazy like that.

Every. Morning. I keep waiting to get tired of the view but it's jut not happening.
I spent those three weeks in the car trying to convince one of the actors that being a morning person has its perks. I don't think I quite convinced him, but he did begin to stay awake during each morning's car ride just long enough to watch the sunrise...
Spent most of December hauling myself out of bed and into the baltic morning air to drive to the end of the country and back again.
The plus side? The clarity in a morning just as the sun is waking takes my breath away. And just for those few moments, as everyone in the back seat of the car drifts back off into dreamless sleep, all of my problems seem to solve themselves and my mind rests.
That daily serenity is worth the agony of crawling out of bed at four a.m.
See? Another one. This one was AWESOME because it was interactive. YOU COULD MAKE MUSIC. The only problem with these is they only last for 24 hours.
Maybe that's why I screen-shot them. Some kind of desire to attempt to preserve something I wish I could keep in my life forever.
Or maybe I'm a google-hoarder. That might be more likely.
